Upon submission of a manuscript for publication in the Cambridge Journal of Mathematics, it shall be understood that the work is original and is not being submitted to another journal. When a paper is accepted for publication, the author may transfer the copyright to International Press, or, optionally, retain the copyright. Should the copyright be transferred to International Press, the authors (and their employers) retain the right to reproduce their work for “fair use” under copyright law, which precludes any profit-making use of the work.
